MutualOne Bank respects the privacy of applicants and employees, and is committed to complying with applicable privacy laws. This policy statement is intended to inform you about the personal information you submit as a job applicant and how it will be handled and protected by the organization.

Information collected and how it is used- MutualOne collects and uses your personal information for the purpose of determining your qualifications for employment and reaching a hiring decision, as well as to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Who has access to your information – Access to your personal information will be restricted to those MutualOne staff members conducting the recruitment procedures. Your information will be forwarded by email to the staff member responsible for responding to it.

Your access to your personal information- Once you have established a profile through this site, you will have online access to correct or update the information it contains. Once you have submitted your resume for a specific position, you will not be able to update the information contained in that resume. A new resume may be submitted when applying for other positions.

Retention and deletion of your personal information- MutualOne retains your personal information as long as it is necessary for evaluation for employment. All of the personal information will be deleted after three years.

Safeguards- At MutualOne, we use appropriate administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized use or modification. In addition, we exercise special precautions in dealing with applicant information defined as sensitive by law.
